MB Jamaican Dried Sorrel

Jamaican Sorrel is a member of the hibiscus family and native to tropical Asia.  From the red, tart petals are made jams, chutneys, wine and the favorite Christmas and New Year's drink.  It is customary to be greeted during this holiday period with a refreshing, ice-cold glass of sorrel accompanied with a slice of fruit cake.
