This is probably one that will cause most people to remember their Jamaican experience - rhythmic music, warm sunshine and exotic dishes.  Jerk seasoning is uniquely Jamaican - use on pork, chicken, beef, seafood or even pasta salads. Use sparingly as this is very spicy. Best flavor achieved when meat is grilled to give that added smoky flavor.
