Our standard shipping method is ‘UPS Ground’ or USPS which takes 7 – 10 business days. You also have the option of using the ‘3 Day Select’ service (delivery guaranteed in 3 business days) or ‘2^nd Day Air’ service (delivery guaranteed in 2 business days) where UPS or USPS will be used. If you require a faster delivery time (Next Day Air), please email us.

Shipping charges above are for domestic orders.  For international orders, or delivery to APO’s or FPO’s, USPS will always be used.  Please email us for further information at jamarketbasket@aol.com.

For convenient shopping, use your Mastercard, Visa credit cards or PayPal to pay for your order.  You can also pay by Certified Check or Money Order. This method of payment however, will delay shipment, since products will not be shipped until your money order/check is received.  Please mail money order or check to: Market Basket, 5314 Dickens Road, Richmond VA 23230. Once you place your order, you will be notified by email with a confirmation number.  Once your order is shipped, the Shipping Confirmation # will be emailed to you with the UPS/USPS tracking number included.
